Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will meander from the Florida Big Bend to NE
Texas through Thu. A trough will develop over the Yucatan
Peninsula this evening and again on Mon evening, move westward
during the overnight hours, and dissipate over the SW Gulf by
late morning. Winds and seas will increase across the Yucatan
Channel and along the Yucatan Peninsula beginning late Mon night
in association with low pressure, a possible tropical cyclone,
moving W across the Yucatan Peninsula. The low will continue W
across the SW Gulf on Tue and Wed and inland over Mexico on Thu.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface high ridging W to NE Florida will be 
centered near 30N70W through Thu. The northern extent of a 
tropical wave currently along 81W will continue W with fresh E 
trades shifting W across the Old Bahama Channel through Mon 
evening. An area of building seas will reach 20N55W on Tue
evening ahead of a tropical low that will reach the Leewards on
Thu  evening amid favorable environmental conditions for
tropical  cyclone formation.
