Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge from Tampa Bay to the Texas Coastal Bend
will shift N to a position from Tampa Bay to NE Texas on Sun
where it will meander through Wed. A trough will develop over
the Yucatan Peninsula each evening through Mon evening, move
westward during the overnight hours, and dissipate over the SW
Gulf each morning. Winds and seas will increase across the
Yucatan Channel on Mon night in association with a tropical wave
and low moving across the Yucatan Peninsula. The low will
continue W-NW across the southern gulf on Wed.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface high near 29N70W will drift slowly N
through Wed with a ridge extending W to NE Florida. A tropical
wave is currently S of 22N along 73N with fresh to strong E
trades expected across the Windward Passage this morning. Fresh
E trades will shift W across the Old Bahama Channel through Tue.
Building seas will reach 20N55W on Tue night ahead of a tropical
low associated with a tropical wave that will reach 20N55W on
Wed with favorable environment conditions for tropical cyclone
formation. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and SE to S
10 to 15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
