.SYNOPSIS...A trough from 27N85W to 25N92W will continue to
drift NW through Sun accompanied by TSTMS. High pres will build
W across Gulf behind trough Sun through late Mon to increase
winds and seas. The pressure gradient will then relax Tue
through Thu for a diminishing trend in winds and seas.
