Marine Weather Discussion for the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea,
and Tropical North Atlantic from 07N to 19N between 55W and 64W
and the Southwest North Atlantic including the Bahamas

...GULF OF MEXICO...

High pressure in the NE Gulf of Mexico will shift eastward 
today, ahead of a cold front that will move into the northern 
Gulf early Fri morning. The front will stall from central Florida
to Brownsville Texas Fri night, then weaken and drift northward 
through Mon night. Fresh to locally strong southerly winds are 
expected ahead of the front in the western Gulf today. 

...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN
55W AND 64W...

A stationary front stretching from Haiti to Panama will weaken
and gradually dissipate today. High pressure building north of 
the Caribbean Sea will support fresh to strong trade winds near 
the coast of Colombia through Mon. 

...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...

Winds and seas associated with a nearly stationary front from 
31N58W to Haiti will diminish today as the front weakens. SW 
winds will increase east of northern Florida on Fri as a cold 
front approaches the area. The front will stall from 31N75W to 
Cape Canaveral on Sat, then lift northward Sat night as a low 
pressure system develops northeast of Jacksonville Florida.
