Strong N winds will spreading southward behind the front and produce gale-force winds over portions of the western and southwestern Gulf Mon through early Mon evening across the Mexican waters from Tampico to Veracruz. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... Strong NE winds will pulse nightly through Sun along the Colombian coast. An old frontal boundary extends from near 23N60W to 24N70W and will weaken today. Weak high pressure will dominate the basin Sun through Wed to produce below normal winds and seas.
