Fresh to strong NW to N winds are in the NW Caribbean behind a cold front that extends from eastern Cuba to eastern Honduras. The front will extend from the Windward Passage to northern Costa Rica this evening with strong to near gale force N winds affecting the E Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica adjacent waters through Thu. Fresh to locally strong NE winds are expected also in the Windward Passage Wed night through Fri.
