Zeta has restrengthened into a hurricane and is located near 24.3N 91.5W 988 mb at 1 AM CDT, moving NW at 13 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 65 kt with gusts to 80 kt. Hurricane Zeta will reach near 26.0N 91.7W later this morning and move inland to 30.2N 89.7W this evening. Zeta will weaken rapidly to a tropical depression over Georgia and Tennessee Thu morning, then become extratropical Thu evening. A stationary front just offshore the Texas coast will begin to accelerate as a cold front in the wake of Zeta tonight, and stretch from the Florida Big Bend to the NW Yucatan Peninsula by late Thu. These winds will spread east as the front reaches a line from Bermuda to the SE Bahamas to central Cuba this weekend and stalls.
