A tropical wave over the western Caribbean near 85W will move over the Yucatan Peninsula and Central America early on Tue. This wave is part of an area of broad low pressure consisting of a trough axis that stretches NE from a 1007 mb low near 11N80W. Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are produced by these features mainly west of 72W. This area of broad low pressure is forecast to move slowly westward toward the Yucatan peninsula over the next day or two. Expect unsettled weather over the western Caribbean and near the Yucatan Peninsula through Wed. ...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...
