Beta will move inland to 28.6N 96.3W Tue morning, inland to 28.8N 96.0W Tue evening, weaken to a tropical depression near 29.1N 95.0W Wed morning, 29.5N 93.8W Wed evening, inland to 30.4N 92.3W Thu morning, and become a remnant low and move over Mississippi Thu evening. Beta will dissipate late Fri. High pressure building over the eastern half of the Gulf in the wake of a cold front is producing fresh to strong easterly winds.
