A stationary front extends across the northern Florida Peninsula with high pres over the Carolinas extending across the Gulf. This front will gradually dissipate through mid- week. A surface trough over the SW gulf of mexico will linger tonight before dissipating. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... Tropical Storm Paulette near 17.8N 42.5W 1004 mb at 11 PM EDT moving NNW at 4 kt. Maximum sustained winds 40 kt gusts 50 kt. Paulette will move to 18.4N 42.9W Tue morning, 19.2N 44.1W Tue evening, 19.9N 45.9W Wed morning, 20.5N 47.9W Wed evening, 20.9N 49.9W Thu morning, and 21.3N 51.8W Thu evening.
