A stationary front over the far north waters will lift N on Thu. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... Fresh to strong trade winds will continue in the south-central Caribbean through Sun. A weak tropical wave along 65W will move across the Caribbean through Thu night.
