Marine Weather Discussion for the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea,
and Tropical North Atlantic from 07N to 19N between 55W and 64W
and the Southwest North Atlantic including the Bahamas

...GULF OF MEXICO...

A developing low pressure system over the U.S. southern plains
will induce fresh to strong S winds over the basin today. The
low will drag a cold front across the northern Gulf tonight and
Fri. A second cold front will move into the NW Gulf Fri night,
then extend from S Florida to the SW Gulf Sun.  

...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN
55W AND 64W...

Strong E to SE winds will pulse at night over the Gulf of
Honduras through Sat night. A ridge across the western Atlantic
will maintain fresh to strong trade winds over the S central
Caribbean through Sun. Moderate to fresh trades are expected
elsewhere through Sat.  

...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...

A pair of weak cold fronts stretching across the  forecast
waters will dissipate later today. A cold front will move off
the SE U.S. coast Fri through Sat morning. Strong to near  gale
force S to SW winds are expected ahead of this front N of the
Bahamas through Fri. Another cold front will move off the coast 
of northern Florida Sat night, then extend from near Bermuda to
S  Florida on Sun.
