A cold front has moved SE of the Gulf overnight. Moderate return SE winds will gradually develop today, with relatively tranquil winds and seas expected through the weekend, aside from fresh pulses each evening off the west coast of the Yucatan Peninsula as a diurnal trough moves into the Gulf. Moderate N winds will continue into Thu, then transition to return S flow by Fri. Winds and seas will remain generally tranquil through the weekend as high pressure builds over the region. A cold front may move off the Texas coast Sat, but stall near there by Sat night. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... A cold front has passed through the Yucatan Channel overnight. This front will stall over the NW Caribbean and Greater Antilles through the weekend. Generally light to moderate winds will gradually increase this weekend as high pressure begins to rebuild into the area. Nightly fresh winds are likely to begin pulsing starting Sat night in the Gulf of Honduras and especially off the coast of Colombia. ...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS... Early this morning, cold front extends from SE of Bermuda, through the Turks and Caicos Islands, and into Central Cuba. This front will gradually become stationary from around 25N60W to Hispaniola by Fri night.
