Marine Weather Discussion for the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea,
and Tropical North Atlantic from 07N to 19N between 55W and 64W
and the Southwest North Atlantic including the Bahamas

...GULF OF MEXICO...

Areas of dense fog will affect waters near the coast between
Pensacola Florida and Lake Charles Louisiana until noon today. A
weak ridge across the region will maintain quiescent conditions
across the Gulf through at least Tue. 

...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN
55W AND 64W...

The persistent Bermuda High north of the area will support fresh
to strong NE winds in the south-central Caribbean for the next
several days. Winds across the central Caribbean will increase
Sat night, then remain fresh to occasionally strong through Tue.
No significant long-period swell is anticipated to impact the
tropical N Atlantic waters for the next several days. 

...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...

A ridge extending from the Bermuda High roughly along 30N from
the central Atlantic to N Florida will weaken Sat night  as a
cold front sags southward over N waters Sun through Mon.  High
pressure building into the W Atlantic in the wake of the  front
will build seas east of the Bahamas Mon and Tue.
