High pressure will shift east of the Gulf on Sun, and southerly return flow will increase over much of the Gulf early next week. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... A cold front extends across the NW Caribbean from eastern Cuba to northern Honduras. The front will shift eastward, then stall and dissipated from Hispaniola to Costa Rica this weekend. Fresh to strong N to NE winds will prevail NW of the front through Sun, including the Windward Passage.
