Low pressure of 1012 mb over the NW Gulf near 28N89W has a trailing cold front to Tampico, Mexico. The low will track eastward across the remainder of the north-central Gulf through tonight, the east-southeast, reaching S Florida by early Tue while the front sags S and slowly dissipates. Another cold front will move off the Texas coast Tue night, weakening by the time it reaches the SE Gulf Wed night ahead of a third front, which may impact the basin by the end of the week. It is expected to be followed by fresh to strong northerly winds. Areas of rain with embedded scattered showers are observed over the NE Gulf waters north of 27N, while isolated showers are south of 27N. This activity will continue to advance eastward toward and inland central Florida through this afternoon ahead of the low pressure and trailing cold front. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W...
