A tropical wave over the western Caribbean near 84W will exit the basin by Tue night. The Bermuda high N of the area will continue to support fresh to strong trade winds over the south-central Caribbean through Wed night. Fresh to strong winds will resume in this region of the basin Fri evening and continue through Sat as low pressure deepens over NW Colombia.
