Marine Weather Discussion for the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea,
and Tropical North Atlantic from 07N to 19N between 55W and 64W
and the Southwest North Atlantic including the Bahamas

...GULF OF MEXICO...

Weak high pressure will remain across the north-central Gulf the
next few days, allowing for gentle to moderate winds and low 
seas to continue across the basin.

...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN
55W AND 64W...

Gusty winds, building seas, scattered showers and thunderstorms 
will accompany a strong tropical wave that is moving across the 
eastern Caribbean. The wave is expected to reach the central 
Caribbean Wed, then move into the western Caribbean by Fri. 
Another tropical wave will approach the Leeward Islands on Thu. 

...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...

A ridge will continue across the forecast area through Sat. The 
pressure gradient between this ridge and a tropical wave moving 
westward across the Caribbean Sea will support fresh to strong 
easterly winds north of Hispaniola tonight. Fresh to strong SE 
winds and building seas associated with a passing trough will 
affect the waters N of Puerto Rico and Hispaniola Fri and Sat.
