A tropical wave in the central Caribbean crossing to the western basin on Mon will support fresh to strong winds in the central basin. A second tropical wave associated with a broad area of disorganized showers will move over the Tropical N Atlantic waters today, approach the Lesser Antilles on Mon, and move to the central basin on Tue.
