Marine Weather Discussion for the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea,
and Tropical North Atlantic from 07N to 19N between 55W and 64W
and the Southwest North Atlantic including the Bahamas

...GULF OF MEXICO...

Weak high pressure ridging will remain over the northern Gulf
the next several days, allowing gentle to moderate winds and 
relatively tranquil seas across the basin to continue.

...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN
55W AND 64W...

A tropical wave in the Caribbean along 80W will reach Central
America on Fri. A tropical wave along 55W will move across the 
Tropical N Atlantic and eastern Caribbean through Sat night.
Fresh to strong trade winds are expected in the south central 
Caribbean through Sat morning. A tropical wave in the Atlantic 
along 38W will reach the Tropical N Atlantic early next week.

...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...

The surface trough is moving through the southeastern Bahamas, 
with widespread shower activity and gusty winds. This trough 
will move northwestward across Bahamas into central Florida
through Sat night. Scattered showers, isolated thunderstorms, 
and areas of strong gusty winds and heavy rainfall are possible.
