Otherwise, a stationary front along the northern Gulf coastline will lift N as a warm front this afternoon and tonight. Strong winds will develop each evening through Mon N and W of the Yucatan Peninsula in response to thermal troughing over the peninsula. High pres will prevail across the basin through Sun before retreating eastward. This will enable a cold front to move off the Texas coast early Mon. The front will extend from near Louisiana to the Bay of Campeche Mon night, then from the Florida panhandle to the Yucatan Peninsula Tue night. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W...
