Marine Weather Discussion for the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea,
and Tropical North Atlantic from 07N to 19N between 55W and 64W
and the Southwest North Atlantic including the Bahamas

...GULF OF MEXICO...

High pres centered N of the Gulf will shift E to over the
western Atlc by Fri. Low pres over interior Mexico will deepen
Tue and Wed. This will set up strong SE to S return flow over
most of the Gulf Tue night through Wed night. A strong cold
front will enter the NW Gulf of Mexico Thu night, then reach
from the Florida Big Bend to the Bay of Campeche by Fri evening.
Gales will be possible for the waters near Tampico and Veracruz
Fri.  

...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN
55W AND 64W...

High pressure N of the area will support fresh to strong trades
over much of the central Caribbean through Fri night, with gale
force winds expected each night near the coast of Colombia.
Moderate to fresh trades will continue across the remainder of
the area.  

...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...

High pressure will prevail across the area through  Mon. A cold
front entering NW waters Mon will move across the  waters N of
27N through Tue night. High pressure will rebuild over the
northern waters Wed through Thu night, then shift E Fri.
