Weak low pres over the NE Gulf accompanied by weak frontal boundaries will dissipate by early this afternoon. The combination of high pressure building south-southwest across the area with low pressure west of the area will result in increasing southerly flow over the western Gulf beginning Tue night. Winds will diminish late Thu as a cold front moves across eastern Texas. Patches to areas of fog, some likely to be dense producing visibility below 1 nm, will form along sections of the coastal plains through Tue as warm moist southerly flow moves across the cooler continental shelf waters. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... Fresh to strong trades in the S central Caribbean will pulse to near gale at night near the Coast of Colombia through the forecast period. Otherwise, mainly moderate to locally fresh trades will continue across the forecast waters through the forecast period. ...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS... The present surface trough along the NE Florida coast will generate into low pressure of 1016 mb near 31N79W this morning as a mid/upper-level trough strengthens as it passes across the northwestern section of the forecast waters. The low will track northeastward away from the area this afternoon as the mid/upper-level trough ejects to the east and northeast. The low will push a cold front across the forecast waters through early Tue night. By late Tue night, the southern portion of the front will extend into the far southeastern waters of the area as a weakening trough.
