Marine Weather Discussion for the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea,
and Tropical North Atlantic from 07N to 19N between 55W and 64W
and the Southwest North Atlantic including the Bahamas

...GULF OF MEXICO...

Satellite imagery shows clearing skies north of a cold front as 
high pressure centered near Louisiana builds behind a cold front
in the NW Caribbean. Another cold front moving into the NW Gulf 
Sat afternoon will reach from the Big Bend of Florida to Tampico 
Mexico Sun, and from Straits of Florida to Veracruz Mexico Mon.

...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN
55W AND 64W...

A cold front extending from the Windward Passage across Jamaica
to northern Honduras will stall and weaken today, with winds and
seas subsiding across the NW Caribbean. Fresh easterly winds in
the south-central Caribbean will strengthen Sat night and Sun,
and expand in coverage Sun night through Tue. Long period N swell
will propagate into Atlc waters through Sat night, then gradually
subside through Mon.

...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...

A cold front extending from 26N65W to the Windward Passage will 
stall and weaken later today, then become diffuse by Sat night. 
Another cold front will move off NE Florida Sun night will extend 
from 30N65W to southern Florida Mon night, and from 26N65W across
the Bahamas to central Cuba Tue night. Fresh to strong winds are
expected N of 27N on either side of the front as it moves off the
coast of Florida.
