Marine Weather Discussion for the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea,
and Tropical North Atlantic from 07N to 19N between 55W and 64W
and the Southwest North Atlantic including the Bahamas

...GULF OF MEXICO...

High pres will prevail across the forecast waters through Wed
before retreating eastward. This will enable a cold front to
move off the Texas coast Thu. The front will stall and linger
across the NW gulf through Sat before a reinforcing front helps
push the front eastward. The reinforced front will extend from
near the Florida Big Bend to 24N95W to the W Bay of Campeche Sun
night.  

...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN
55W AND 64W...

Strong trade winds will prevail across the S central Caribbean
through Sun night, increasing to gale force along the NW coast
of Colombia at night. Trade winds will increase across the
entire region Wed through Sun night as high pressure builds over
the western Atlantic. 

...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...

A cold front extending from 29N65W to central Florida will stall
along 28N tonight, where it will gradually dissipate. High pres
will build in the wake of the front and prevail through the end
of the week before retreating eastward this weekend.
