Marine Weather Discussion for the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea,
and Tropical North Atlantic from 07N to 19N between 55W and 64W
and the Southwest North Atlantic including the Bahamas

...GULF OF MEXICO...

A weak cold front extending from southern Louisiana to Corpus
Christi Texas is gradually stalling with the northern portion
reaching the Florida Big Bend to southern Texas today through Tue.
Fresh SE flow will develop across the entire basin Tue and Wed
ahead of a cold front moving off Texas Thu morning. That next
front will stall from southern Louisiana to NE Mexico Thu night, 
where it will linger into next weekend. 

...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN
55W AND 64W...

Strong trade winds will continue across the S central Caribbean
through Fri night, increasing to minimal gale force along the NW
coast of Colombia at night. A frontal trough extending from
eastern Cuba to Nicaragua will slowly dissipate tonight. Fresh to
locally strong NE flow will continue in the NW Caribbean 
through this Eve. Easterly winds will increase across the entire
region Wed through Fri as strong high pressure builds over the W
Atlantic.

...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...

A stationary front extending from 25N65W across the southern
Bahamas to eastern Cuba will weaken and drift NW later today
through Tue. Easterly winds will increase across the entire 
region Wed and Thu as strong high pressure builds over the W 
Atlantic. Winds will diminish N of 22N Fri and Fri night as the 
high weakens.
