Strong NW Winds and high seas behind the front will gradually diminish this afternoon through tonight, becoming light north winds Sun and Mon. Easterly flow will set up across the northern Gulf on Tue as weak low pressure develops over the SW gulf. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... A cold front extends across the NW Caribbean from western Cuba to the Bay Islands and E Gulf of Honduras this morning. The front will become nearly stationary across central Honduras coast while moving slowly eastward across the NW Carib, reaching central Cuba Sun afternoon, eastern Cuba Mon afternoon, then dissipating across the E end of Cuba Tue. Strong north winds are expected W of the front across the Gulf of Honduras through Sun. Fresh to strong trade winds will prevail across the Caribbean E of 80W through early Sun, with highest winds at night off the NW coast of Colombia.
