A cold front extends from near Goodland Florida to the central Gulf near 22.5N92W where it becomes stationary to NE Mexico near 24N98W. The front will shift SE across South Florida, the Straits of Florida, and the SE Gulf through Sat while weakening. High pressure will build in the wake of the front across the Gulf region. Another cold front will move into the NW Gulf Mon night, but will stall across the western Gulf through Wed night. Expect fresh to strong northerly winds and building seas behind the front, with near gale force likely along the coasts of Tamaulipas and Veracruz. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... NE swell from Hurricane Leslie will affect Atlc waters and Caribbean passages through tonight. Moderate trades will prevail across the Tropical Atlc and E Caribbean through tonight. Broad low pres over the SW Caribbean will slowly shift W toward central America through early next week. Mainly moderate to fresh trades will prevail across the basin for the start of next week.
