A cold front extends from near Tampa Bay, FL to 24N87W to 23N94W where it becomes stationary to NE Mexico near 24N98W. The front will shift SE across South Florida, the Straits of Florida and the SE Gulf through Sat while weakening. High pressure will build in the wake of the front across the Gulf region. Another cold front will move into the NW Gulf Mon night, but will stall across the western Gulf through Tue night. Expect fresh to strong northerly winds behind the front. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... NE swell from Hurricane Leslie will affect Atlc waters and Caribbean passages through today. Moderate trades will prevail across the Tropical Atlc and E Caribbean through today. A broad area of low pressure could form over the west-central Caribbean Sea in a day or two and then move slowly westward toward Central America through early next week. Development of this system is no longer anticipated. Mainly moderate to fresh trades will prevail across the basin for the start of next week.
