Marine Weather Discussion for the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea,
and Tropical North Atlantic from 07N to 19N between 55W and 64W
and the Southwest North Atlantic including the Bahamas

...GULF OF MEXICO...

High pres will prevail across the forecast waters. A surface
trough will develop each evening over the Yucatan peninsula. The
trough will move into the SW Gulf overnight, where it will
dissipate each morning. Moderate to fresh winds will accompany
the trough.  

...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN
55W AND 64W...

The remnants of Kirk, centered near 15.1N 65.8W at 11 PM EDT,
continues to produce gale force winds. Associated winds will
diminish below gale force Sat morning. 

...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...

Subtropical Storm Leslie is centered over the central Atlantic
near 35.7N 49.4W at 0300 UTC. Large swell generated from Leslie
will propagate across the forecast waters over the  weekend.
