Marine Weather Discussion for the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea,
and Tropical North Atlantic from 07N to 19N between 55W and 64W
and the Southwest North Atlantic including the Bahamas

...GULF OF MEXICO...

Latest surface observations indicate gentle to moderate winds
with seas in the 1-3 ft range. High pressure over the eastern 
U.S. will support gentle to moderate easterly winds and seas 3 ft
or less across most of the basin through the middle of next 
week.


...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN
55W AND 64W...

Fresh to strong winds prevail over the central Caribbean, with
gentle to moderate winds over the remainder of the Caribbean as
well as the tropical N Atlc forecast zones. Winds over the
central Caribbean will diminish across most of the basin this 
weekend.


...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...

A cold front extends from a 1010 mb low near Bermuda across the 
forecast waters N of 28N west of 65W. The front will dissipate 
by Saturday morning, while the low will meander across the 
forecast waters through early next week.
