A 1014 mb surface high is analyzed at 28N93W with a ridge extending southeast to the Yucatan Basin. A weak surface trough, extending southwest from the remnants of tropical cyclone Florence, will drift east across the north-central gulf waters through early Tue. The remnants of tropical cyclone Isaac will move west across Yucatan Channel on Tue and Wed and across the southwest gulf waters on Thu as the ridge shifts from the Florida Big Bend to northeast Texas. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... The broad remnant trough of tropical cyclone Isaac along 75W will continue west through the western Caribbean tonight and Mon followed by thunderstorms. Otherwise, gentle trades are forecast west of the remnant trough of Isaac, while moderate to locally fresh trades are forecast to the east of the remnant trough of Isaac. Strong nocturnal trades are forecast to resume off the northwest coast of Colombia on Mon night. A tropical wave will pass through the tropical waters east of the Windwards on Tue and Tue night, and through the east Caribbean on Wed and Thu accompanied by fresh to locally strong trades and building seas. ...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...
