A northwest to southeast orientated surface ridge will set up from central Louisiana to Florida Bay tonight, with a surface high developing along the ridge near 27N92W late Sat. The surface high will shift slightly south on Sun with the ridge extending southeast to the Yucatan Basin. A weak surface trough,extending southwest from the remnants of tropical cyclone Florence, will pass slowly east across the north-central gulf waters through early next week. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W...
