The main issue continues to be the development and track of Potential Tropical Cyclone Seven, centered near 23.4N 78.7W 1012 mb at 11 PM EDT moving WNW at 13 kt. Maximum sustained winds 25 kt gusts 35 kt. After bringing widespread rain and gusts winds to southern Florida, Seven will move into the southeast Gulf later today, likely as a tropical storm. The potential tropical storm is forecast to track to the northwest, eventually making landfall near the mouth of the Mississippi River by Tue night. This will bring tropical storm force winds to the much of the eastern and north central Gulf over the next 48 hours, with seas building as high as 20 ft off southeast Louisiana by late Tue before making landfall. Winds and seas will diminish starting Wed as the potential storm moves inland. Gentle to moderate SE flow with 2 to 4 ft seas will persist thereafter, except for off the coast of the Yucatan peninsula where an evening trough will allow coastal winds to briefly reach 20 to 25 kt at times. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W...
