A dissipating stationary front over the NE Gulf will transition to a surface trough Fri morning that will continue to support isolated showers in the SE Gulf. A surface trough will develop along the western Yucatan Peninsula during the late afternoons, then drift westward during the overnight hours and dissipate along 96W during the late mornings. The trough will support moderate to locally fresh winds in the eastern Bay of Campeche every night. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... Strong nocturnal wind pulses are forecast through the upcoming weekend along the coast of NW Colombia and Gulf of Venezuela with seas building to 9 ft. A tropical wave along 78W will continue to move west across the western Caribbean through Sat. A second tropical wave along 57W will enter the east Caribbean early on Sat. ...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS... Surface ridging will dominate across the region through Tue.
