A weak frontal trough will move SE into the NE and N central gulf waters Wed where it will stall along 26N-27N on Thu, and then drift W and dissipate on Fri. Typical Yucatan thermal trough will develop each late afternoon-evening and shift W across SW Gulf waters overnight. Models indicating only brief evening winds aoa 20 kt. High pres will build SW across entire basin late Fri and Sat to produce light to moderate anticyclonic wind flow area wide. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... Strong nocturnal easterly trades are expected along NW Colombia waters and Gulf of Venezuela through early Thu, with the strong winds reaching as far north as 15N. A tropical wave along 83W will continue west and across the western Caribbean tonight. A second tropical wave along 64W will move across the central Caribbean during mid week. A third tropical wave in the central Atlantic along 38W will reach along 55W on Thu. Atlantic basin remains unusually quiet, and stable with aforementioned waves not expected to produce atypical wave related weather.
