Latest surface observations indicate fresh to strong winds over the central Caribbean, gentle to moderate winds over the NW Caribbean, and moderate to fresh winds over the remainder of the Gulf waters. Over the tropical N Atlc forecast zones, outside T.S. Beryl, fresh to strong winds prevail over the waters N of 15N and gentle winds S of 15N. Seas are in the 8-11 ft range over the central Caribbean, 4-6 ft over the western Caribbean, and 5-7 ft over the eastern Caribbean.
