Marine Weather Discussion for the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea,
and Tropical North Atlantic from 07N to 19N between 55W and 64W
and the Southwest North Atlantic including the Bahamas

...GULF OF MEXICO...

A weak high pressure ridge in the central Gulf will change
little through Mon. A surface trough will emerge off the Yucatan
Peninsula each night, enhancing nocturnal winds in the SW Gulf
through Mon.  

...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN
55W AND 64W...

A tropical wave near 82W will move into Central America on Fri.
A tropical wave along 58W will reach the Windward Islands by
early Fri. A vigorous tropical wave in the eastern Atlantic will
move across the tropical North Atlantic Fri and Sat, reaching
the eastern Caribbean Sun. Neither appear to have any potential
for tropical cyclone formation. Strong breeze to near gale winds
in the central Caribbean will diminish Sun and Mon.  

...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...

Broad high pressure across the west-central Atlantic will
gradually weaken Sun and Mon. Benign marine conditions are 
expected across the region through early next week.
