Marine Weather Discussion for the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea,
and Tropical North Atlantic from 07N to 19N between 55W and 64W
and the Southwest North Atlantic including the Bahamas

...GULF OF MEXICO...

Weak high pressure ridging extending from the SE Gulf into Texas
will drift northward through Tue, supporting moderate to fresh 
return flow over the NW Gulf. Shower and thunderstorm activity 
associated with an upper low over Mexico near 22N99W will move 
inland later today. A trough moving west off the W coast of the 
Yucatan Peninsula each night will enhance nocturnal winds over 
much of the SW Gulf waters through Fri.

...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN
55W AND 64W...

A series of tropical waves will move westward across the tropical
N Atlantic and Caribbean basins through Fri. Broad high pressure
over the western Atlantic will support increased winds and seas 
over the region, reaching near gale force off Colombia mainly at 
night through Wed. 

...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...

Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms NW of the Bahamas 
will gradually shift west and southwestward through tonight. High
pressure extending from the central Atlantic to southern Florida
will maintain moderate to fresh trade winds south of 22N, except
becoming strong off Hispaniola at night through the coming week.
