A tight pressure gradient between the low pressure and high pressure over the eastern gulf will maintain strong southeast to south winds over the waters W of 90W through Wed. Fresh to locally strong southeast winds will continue over the W central gulf and SW Gulf waters through Thu. A tropical wave extending from 20N74W to 12N76W will continue to move across the central Caribbean through tonight, and over western Caribbean waters Tue through early Thu. A second tropical wave moving over the tropical N Atlantic along 57W/58W S of 15N will pass across the Lesser Antilles this afternoon, then across the eastern Caribbean from this evening through Wed night, and across the western Caribbean through Fri night.
