Latest satellite derived winds and seas along with surface observations indicate moderate to fresh winds west of the front, and light to gentle winds east of the front. Seas are in the 2-3 ft over the western Gulf, and 1-2 ft over the eastern Gulf. The front will reach the SE Gulf Sat where it will stall and dissipate. High pressure will build in the wake of the front and prevail through Mon. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... Latest satellite derived winds and seas along with surface observations indicate moderate to fresh trades over the south central Caribbean, and gentle to moderate trades elsewhere. Seas are in the 5-6 ft range over the south central Caribbean, 1-3 ft over the western Caribbean, and 4-5 ft over the remainder of the Caribbean waters. Seas are in the 5-6 ft range over the tropical N Atlc waters.
