A thermal trough will develop over the Yucatan Peninsula during the afternoons, drift west across the eastern Bay of Campeche during the overnight hours, and dissipate over the southwest gulf waters by late each morning. An east to west ridge meandering across the northern coastal plains will retract east on Tue ahead of a cold front moving into the northwest gulf waters late Tue night. The front will dissect the gulf waters from the Florida Big Bend to Veracruz Mexico on Wed, then weaken across the southern gulf waters on Thu, and then gradually dissipate on Thu night into Fri. Another cold front will enter the far northwest waters late Fri night and stall east to west across the northern waters on Sat. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... Strong nocturnal trades will continue along the northwest coast of Colombia through Sat night. A northeast to southwest orientated surface trough across the eastern Caribbean will continue west and dissipate across the central Caribbean during mid week. Fresh to locally strong easterly trades are forecast across the Gulf of Honduras on Tue night.
