A cold front extends from 30N90W to 22N97W. Surface observations show moderate to fresh southerly flow within 120 nm east of the front N of 24N with seas up to 8 ft. Northerly fresh to strong winds are within 45 nm of the coast of Tampico and Veracruz with seas less than 8 ft. The front is forecast to extend from the big bend of Florida to Veracruz Mexico Fri morning. The front will stall and weaken from central Florida to the Bay of Campeche on Sat.
