High pres over the W Atlc will maintain SE return flow over the basin through Wed night. The return flow will become strong on Tue and Wed in response to developing low pressure over the central and southern plains states. The next cold front will enter the NW Gulf on Thu. A cold front will enter the NW Gulf early on Thu, reaching from SE Louisiana to near Tuxpan, Mexico by Thu night, then weaken on Fri. A trough will develop over the Yucatan peninsula each evening and shift westward across the SW Gulf during the overnight hours. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... High pressure over the western Atlc will support fresh to locally strong trades across the south central Caribbean the next several days. Winds will pulse to minimal gale force along the NW coast of Colombia during the overnight hours through Wed night. Strong E winds will pulse over the Gulf of Honduras each night Mon night through Thu night. Winds over the Caribbean will diminish Thu and Fri as the ridge to the N weakens in response to low pressure moving off the E coast of the United States. Undersea volcano Kick em Jenny, north of Grenada near 12.18N 61.38W, is in a state of unrest. The government of Grenada advises mariners to observe a 5 km or 3.1 nm exclusion zone around Kick em Jenny.
