The high pressure center will drift southeastward into the NE Gulf through Thursday. Southerly return flow will prevail across the basin Fri through Sun. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... Latest satellite derived winds and seas along with surface observations indicate fresh to strong winds over the south central Caribbean, gentle to moderate over the western Caribbean, with moderate to fresh winds prevailing elsewhere across the Caribbean. Seas are in the 6-9 ft range over the central Caribbean, and 4-6 ft over the remainder of the Caribbean.Over the tropical N Atlc forecast zones, moderate to fresh winds with seas in the 6-8 ft range prevail. Fresh to strong winds will prevail across the south- central Caribbean, with seas 8 to 10 ft through the forecast period.
