Latest satellite derived winds along with surface observations indicate strong to near gale winds over the south central Caribbean, with fresh to strong winds prevailing elsewhere E of 83W and moderate to fresh winds over the western Caribbean. Seas are in the 10 to 14 ft range over the south central Caribbean, 10 to 12 ft over the north central Caribbean, and 6-8 ft over the remainder of the forecast waters.
