Moderate to fresh winds will become southerly this weekend ahead of a cold front that is expected to move off the Texas coast by Sun night. Seas will range from 4-6 ft through the weekend, increasing slightly with the next frontal passage. The front will stall and weaken from the Mississippi Delta to the western Bay of Campeche by early next week. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W... Fresh to strong trades will prevail across the eastern Caribbean through the weekend and early next week. Highest winds will be along the NW coast of Colombia, where nocturnal pulses will reach gale-force each night. Expect wave heights to reach 12-16 ft with the gale winds.
