Marine Weather Discussion for the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea,
and Tropical North Atlantic from 07N to 19N between 55W and 64W
and the Southwest North Atlantic including the Bahamas

...GULF OF MEXICO...

A frontal trough extending from Florida Bay to 26N90W to the 
central Bay of Campeche will gradually lose identity through 
tonight. A fresh E breeze setting across the northern Gulf 
waters will clock to the SE across the NW Gulf waters tonight 
and continue through Sat, then become light southerly flow just 
ahead of a cold front exiting the Tx coast Sun morning. The 
front will reach the central Gulf waters on Mon with fresh to 
locally strong N flow W of the front. 
     
...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 
55W AND 64W... 

A tropical wave will continue W through the Central Caribbean 
today and tonight. A tropical wave will continue W through the E 
Caribbean through tonight and pass through the Central Caribbean 
waters on Fri and Sat. Fresh to locally strong E trades, with 
7-11 ft seas, are expected across the discussion area E of 74W 
today, with these conditions shifting W across the Central 
Caribbean on Fri, and then persisting well into the middle of 
next week.
  
...SW N ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS...

A stationary front is analyzed from 31N65W to 31N70W to 24.5N80W.
A weak surface low will develop along the front near 30N73W this 
morning and move NE while dragging the front E again to a 
position from 31N59W to 29N66W to 24N75W on Fri, and from 29N55W 
to 27N65W on Sat, with the frontal segment W of 65W then 
diffuse. Fresh SE return sets up across the waters N of 23N W of 
74W on Sun and Mon.
