The Post-Tropical Cyclone low from former Irma is weakening over norther Alabama as it moves N NW. The gradient that encompassed broad cyclonic flow around the the low is supporting moderate W to NW flow over the northern waters of the Gulf. As the low pulls further away from the region through Wednesday, the W to NW will become a gentle S to SW flow. Lingering NW swell producing seas of 4-6 ft over the N-Central and NW portions will gradually subside through early this evening. A weak pressure pattern will set up in the wake of Irma with mainly gentle to moderate winds and 1 to 3 ft seas prevailing through the end of the week. ...CARIBBEAN SEA AND TROPICAL N ATLANTIC FROM 07N TO 19N BETWEEN 55W AND 64W...
