000 ACPN50 PHFO 131150 TWOCP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS Central Pacific Hurricane Center Honolulu HI 200 AM HST Wed Sep 13 2023 For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W: Western East Pacific (EP94): A broad area of low pressure approximately 1,600 miles southwest of Cabo San Lucas on southern tip of the Baja California Sur peninsula, or 1,900 miles southeast of Hilo, Hawaii, is producing a large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Environmental conditions appear conducive for development of this system, and a tropical depression is likely to form during the next two or three days while it moves west northwestward at 10 to 15 mph.
